Growing fresh farm vegetables at our Family Farm and home in Ironwood Township near Big Powderhorn Ski Resort off Black River Scenic Byway and Powderhorn Road. We support local Farmers Markets, chefs and a weekly farm stand as produce is harvested.

$25 Sample Baskets are prepared for
regular bi-weekly harvest or gift baskets.

We welcome visitors to the farm. It’s best to text or PM if road sign is not out so we are available.

About us

We’re Chris & Anne Reimer. We moved to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to renovate an abandoned ski lodge built above a charming 1800’s fieldstone barn foundation. Once the Viking Inn in the 60’s and 70’s, then Christie Lane Lodge, Powder Hound Lodge again became the hub of winter sports adventures.
In 2020 we began returning the property back to a family farm providing the community with farm fresh vegetables. We are learning daily as we go and sharing our experience to encourage people to grow their own food, harvest, forage and explore with us how connecting with the land and learning to grow and prepare farm fresh food calms the spirit and nourishes the soul.
